We ship worldwide.

€ 9.99 flat rate inside the EU and most destinations — free when your basket reaches € 159. If your country or parcel weight requires a different rate, the exact amount is calculated at checkout before you pay.

We pack and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

For all destinations, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your country’s authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, e‑mail us right away at contact@decorla-decoration.com with your order number and the new address. We’ll do our best to update it.

Delays can occur with international shipping. If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, Klarna “Pay Later,” Shop Pay, and EPS bank transfer (for Austria/Germany).

Yes, we never store your full card details.

Your card or wallet is charged immediately after checkout approval. For Klarna “Pay Later,” Klarna will invoice you separately under their terms.

Yes, Klarna lets eligible customers split the purchase into interest‑free instalments. Choose “Klarna” at checkout and follow the prompts.

All prices are shown and settled in euros (€). Your bank or payment provider will convert the amount if your account is in a different currency.

We do not add payment surcharges. However, your bank may charge a small foreign‑currency or cross‑border fee if you pay from outside the eurozone.

At the moment, checkout accepts one method per order. To split payments, place separate orders or use a service like Klarna instalments.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to start a return.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including any inserts or accessories).

Yes. We cannot accept returns on:

• Perishables (food, flowers)
• Personal‑care items
• Custom‑made or personalised pieces
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Blind‑box / mystery items

E‑mail contact@decorla‑decoration.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid label and step‑by‑step instructions.

Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving the return label.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll e‑mail you. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Outbound shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

First check with your bank/credit‑card issuer—processing times can vary. If no refund appears after 10 business days, e‑mail us and we’ll investigate.
